Freshest seafood around, great portions, and amazing tasty entrees. Waitrest Kate was AWESOME!!! They need more like her. Family friendly and cozy has definitely become and favorite.

This Restaurant was amazing in so many ways. From the time I booked the private room with Lori for our formal family function for 20, to the food service and fond farewells. The details in planning a personal menu printed beautifully, the lovely room decor, super delicious food well-plated and attentive, professional, accommodating service make this first-time customer a big fan. I highly recommend for functions and individual dining.

OMG delicious calamari appetizer with sweet spicy chili sauce.I'm Italian and never had it this way lightly coated and fried.not greasy! The Risotto with the scallops shrimp spinach etc..delish Service is special and kind.Clean ! And relaxing. Everything is fresh !!

I always enjoy the salmon BLTA. I tried the parmesan fries for the first time, and they were awesome. My wife loves the fish and chips. Consistently good.

Food came cold. I had the sirloin tips with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Went with friends for lunch. Specials reasonably priced and generous portions. Clean and comfortable surroundings and personable staff. All four of us very pleased with food and service.

I hadn't been here in years, remembered a place that was more of a fish market with a small restaurant attached to it. That is nowhere near what I experienced today. This was a high quality restaurant with excellent ambiance, and the best seafood in the area. If you want fresh food prepared well and served by a pleasant staff, this place should be on your radar.

Chowder was extremely watered down but they definitely earned a star for each lobster.....triple lobster on special for around $30!!! Great special we always try to enjoy when in town. Usually on point with all their food, just fell a bit short on the chowder this time.

Went to Masse''s yesterday and had the fish and chips, there were 3 of us that had it, the fish wasn't cooked all the way and the dough was too thick it wasn't nice and brown and crunchy. Sent back, fish was cooked dough the same. Horrible and totally disappointed never will go back again.

The food was amazing. The prices are pretty good too. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

The staff at Massey’s has ALWAYS extended themselves to provide excellent service. Running & staffing a seafood restaurant 100 miles from the ocean must be a difficult proposition, but I have never received anything but the best service possible. My food has always been the freshest possible & the preparation has never been less than “Very good.” I continue to patronize their restaurant because none in Western Mass. comes close!

Masses is doing a great job right now. I enjoyed sit down dining in the tent in the parking lot. The tables are spaced apart appropriately. Every waitress and other staff members wear masks continuously. I saw as the manager of the establishment thoroughly cleaned tables and chairs immediately after clearing dirty plates and glasses in order to keep it moving. Reservations are recommended (almost necessary) and are specific time slots only to keep a safe level of customers in the tent and avoid lines. Most waitresses are doing a great job of keeping up and adjusting. Be sure to tip well as they have most likely been out of work for a while and are definitely not used to working outside all day.

The service is spectacular and the clam chowder; oh la la.

Very comfortable and inviting dining experience. Loved the calamari with the Asian sauce. Scallops melted in my mouth. Service was very quick. I'm glad I finally discovered this place. Will definitely be back.

Just had take out fish and chips. They were fantastic. Hugh portions. Crisp crust flaky fish not greasy. The chips were excellent too. Glad to support local business.

Great food, great staff, great location!

While aesthetically pleasing, the food was average. Ordered the lobster bisque which tasted more like flour than lobster. However, The fried calamari in sweet chili sauce appetizer was delicious. Servers courteous. Food unremarkable.

Their oyster happy hour is the best around. Super fresh food, great service and fair prices. Highly recommend Masse's

I ordered mac and cheese with lobster. The lobster was overcooked. Staff was very good about me sending it back and selecting something else.

The food was excellent portions large very tasty. The only difficulty was waiting. That said it was well worth the wait.

Best place around to get fresh seafood and OMG the drinks are amazing I recommend Oscar as best bartender there he makes the best drinks ever I love my espresso martini's
